Abstract : The article is devoted to studying the prospects of the use of selective intra-arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer IIIA, B, C stages. A review of literature on the methods of targent intra-arterial infusion of cytostatics and tumor embolization is performed, also it shows the results of treatment with different chemotherapeutic agents — epirubicin, doxorubicin, taxotere, cisplatin, 5‑fluorouracil, cyclophosphamide.
