At nowadays,the two legal families are under the trend of integration gradually.The administration law scholars of China are beginning to recognize case law under the tradition of statute law.Until now case law are still not the official law resources of china but to the actual needs of the administrative practice,if the case law were recognized as the official law resources of china,it will do great contribution to the construction of legal administration.
