Highly effective filter medium and its manufacturing method and medical protective garment manufactured by the same

The invention relates to a high efficiency filtering material and its making method and the medical protective clothes made thereof. High efficiency filtering material consists of superfine polypropylene melt-blown material and the reinforced base, fibre average fineness of superfine polypropylene melt-blown material is below 0.3a–m, standard of said material is 20i½80g/m#+[2]; and the mentioned reinforced base is polypropylene long fibre non-woven cloth. The method for making high efficiency filtering material includes the following steps: extruding polypropylene polymers into a multi-position extrusion nozzle by a screw extruder; super extruding by high speed hot gas flow, and forming superfine fibre; cool forming by passing 10cm cool air layer; making superfine polypropylene melt-blown material by a collection device; combining superfine polypropylene melt-blown materials and the reinforced base and then forming high efficiency filtering material. The medical protective cloth has good permeability and virus preventing performance.
