The invention provides a method for preparing a technetium tricarbonyl-99m intermediate. The method comprises the step of reacting by virtue of a manganese carbonyl compound as a carbon monoxide donor, a pertechnetate radical and water, so as to prepare the technetium tricarbonyl-99m intermediate. According to method of the embodiment of the invention, the intermediate can be prepared at the normal pressure and the normal temperature, the operation is simple and convenient, the raw materials are easily available, the labeling rate is high, and the intermediate can be used for preparing various technetium tricarbonyl labeled probes.
