수확시기, 에틸렌 및 수확후 물올림 시간에 따른 절화 쿠르쿠마(Curcuma alismatifolia)의 품질

2014
The vase life in Curcuma alismatifolia ‘ChiangmaiPink’ harvested in the first stage was 7.8 days longer thanthat from the third stage. The vase life in ‘Chiangmai DarkPink’ harvested in the first or second stage was 8.3~11.3days longer than that harvested in the third stage. Agingsymptoms of ‘Chiangmai Pink’ are like that petals getwhitish, spots, eventually wither, and seems to completelylose their ornamental value. Vase life of cut flowersharvested at first stage had a longer vase life, but it wasnot possible to see the full flowering because they did notbloom fully. ‘Chiangmai Dark Pink’ showed a stem bendingand the color of bracts was changed rapidly. Therefore, ifthe ornamental value should be considered, it is the best forflowers to be harvested in the second stage rather than in thefirst stage. The vase life of ‘Siam Violet Lily’ without STSpretreatment and exposure to ethylene was 8.0 days, whichwas 3 days shorter than with STS pretreatment and exposureto ethylene. ‘Siam Violet Lily’ and ‘Chiangmai Pink’ seems tobe sensitive to exogenous ethylene treatment. The vase lifeof ‘Chiangmai Pink’ was 33.8 days if they were dipped rightafter harvest and it was 25.5 days if they were dipped after 2hours of harvest. It shows that the vase life was shorten24.6% compared to one dipped right after harvest. Thevase life of ‘Chiangmai dark Pink’ was 31.5 days if theywere dipped right after harvest and it was 28.0 days if they were dipped after 2 hours of harvest. It shows that thevase life was shorten 11.2% compared to one dipped rightafter harvest.
