EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ANTI-ABORTION AND CHOLAGOGIC EFFECTS OF DANYU TONG GRANULE ON INTRAHEPATIC CHOLESTASIS RAT IN PREGNANCY

Objective:To observe the anti-abortion and cholagogic effects of danyu tong granule on intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy.Methods:70 rats in pregnancy were divided into 5 groups at random,those were normal,model,high,middle and low dosage danyu tong granule groups.Rats were im estradiol benzoate for 6 days from the 12th in pregnancy except normal group,meanwhile each group rats were given medicine for 1 week at the same time.Results:Danyu tong could lower the abortion rate and embryonal death rate of model rats with intrahepatic cholestasis,promote bile excretion,elevate the CHOL,TBil and ALP contents and reduce TBA content in bile,lower serum ALT,AST,Alp and TBA contents.Conclusion:Danyu tong granule has obvious anti-abortion and cholaogic effects on intrahepatic cholestasis rat in pregnancy.
