Study on synthesis method of N-phenyl maleimide

N-phenyl maleinide,an important thermostablity agent of the resin,was synthesized by coboiled method in this text,the ratio of raw materials,the temperature,the time of the reaction and the amount of the catalyst were discussed.The result suggested that the experiment was processed on the condition that the mole ratio of maleic anhydride and aniline was 3∶1 under 70℃ for 3 hours.The product was confirmed by I.R.spectrum.The yield was 83% and the purified product was 99.2%.
