Inserción sociolaboral de mujeres emigrantes retornadas: desde Venezuela a España

To speak of the migratory fact is something that the Spaniards are accustomed to, because for almost one hundred years Spain was characterized by the foreign emigration, being Latin America a privileged destination. But in recent decades migratory flows acquire differentiated characteristics, highlighting the growing process of return of emigrants to Spain, invested the nature of migration gaining weight immigration, which is part of the return of emigrants. The objective of this article is to analyze the conditions of socio-labor insertion of women emigrants returned to the Community of Madrid, to Spain from Venezuela. The methodology used has been qualitative and has used the interview in profoundness, as an instrument for collecting information. The participating sample is formed by 32 venezuelan women descendants of emigrants, in second and third degree of kinship. The main results indicate that are people who have completed a university degree, with an average age of 42 years; without children or other family responsibilities. As a main conclusion it can be noted that to the difficulties inherent to the return and the search for employment, in this group are added others such as the fact of being from Latin America, woman and middle age.
