The invention belongs to the technical field of waste gas treatment, in particular relates to a biological treatment method for printing and dyeing waste gas. A biological treatment method for waste gas produced by printing and dyeing wastewater comprises the following steps: the first-level biological treatment and the second-level biological treatment are implemented for the waste gas which is pretreated in an absorption tower, wherein the two levels of biological treatment comprise the following steps: the waste gas is introduced in a bio-filter for treating after being treated through a biotrickling filter. The biological deodorization process has the main advantages of low investment, low operation cost, little electricity consumption, no consumption of chemical agents, no secondary pollutants, convenience for management and operation, better impact resistance and higer recovery speed after stopping the machine, can achieve the full load only requiring 2-3 days, is the most natural and greenest environmental protection technology, and is suitable for the occasions where the gas flow is high, and the concentration is low and pollutant components can be biologically degraded.
