The invention discloses a graphical questionnaire generation method and a graphical questionnaire generation system. The method comprises the following steps: creating multiple graphical unit nodes, wherein each unit node corresponds to an item in the questionnaire; creating an input end and at least one output end on the unit nodes; connecting the input end of each unit node with the output ends of the associated unit nodes according to the content of the questionnaire; creating graphical start nodes, creating the output ends on the start nodes, and connecting the output ends of the start nodes with the input end of the unit node serving as the first item of the questionnaire; and creating graphical final nodes, creating the input end on the final nodes, and connecting the input end of the final node with the output end of the unit node serving as the final item of the questionnaire. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the questionnaire is created and edited in a graphical mode, so that a designer can intuitively and globally overview the questionnaire, the design difficulty is lowered, and error correction is conveniently realized.
