Styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. Every 100 parts of matrix asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1) 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 2) 3.0-7.0 parts of butadiene-styrene latex, 3) emulsified asphalt accounting for 1/3-1/4 of the butadiene-styrene latex by mass, and 4) 1.5-3.0 parts of ceryl warm-mixing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally and uniformly mixing the butadiene-styrene latex and emulsified asphalt, heating and stirring the mixed solution, respectively adding the mixed solution and ceryl warm-mixing agent into the matrix asphalt, and carrying out common stirring to prepare the styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt. The preparation method does not need any high-shear equipment, and can complete the preparation of the styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt only by adopting the common direct-current mixing equipment. The styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt mixture has the advantages of favorable high/low-temperature properties and simple production technique, and can be produced and processed only by the heating and common mixing equipment.
