Long-time correlation effects of bound states in a quantum Lorentz gas
1981
Abstract It is shown that the frequency dependent conductivity tensor of the three dimensional quantum Lorentz gas, as derived from linear response theory, can have a logarithmic singularity at a certain finite frequency because the boundstate contribution diverges. For a two-dimensional system the divergence is weakened, in one dimension it is absent.
