The disaster situation obtaining system comprises an aerial photographing device, an image analysis device and a remote controller, wherein the remote controller sends out control information to the aerial photographing device in a wireless mode, the aerial photographing device collects ground disaster situation images according to the control information received from the remote controller, and transmits the collected disaster situation images to the image analysis device, and the image analysis device analyzes the disaster situation images received from the aerial photographing device. The disaster situation images in disaster areas are collected in real time through controlling an unmanned plane to fly on the disaster areas by using image collection equipment such as a video camera, a digital camera, a forward looking infrared instrument and the like carried by the unmanned plane, and are transmitted to the image analysis device on the ground in real time, and the image analysis device carries out real-time processing on the disaster situation images transmitted back by the unmanned plane for obtaining the disaster images of the disaster areas in the shortest time. The utility model breaks through unfavorable situations of disaster relief delay caused by in-time disaster situation obtaining incapability because of communication breaking in the disaster areas after heavy disasters such as earthquake and the like occur, and can provide firsthand information for fast organization of rescue and relief activities after the disaster and for post-disaster reconstruction work.
