Improved process for producing 1-orthododecyl nitrogen heterocyclo heptane-2-ketone

This invention discloses a process for synthesizing 1-orthododecyl nitrogen heterocycle heptyl-2-ketone by the reaction of caprolactam with 1-bromododecane, that is, a phase transition catalyst is used in a non-toxic hydrocarbon solvent for one-step synthesis of 1-orthododecyl nitrogen heterocycle leptyl-2-ketone through an anhydrous solid-liquid phase transition catalysis.
