Thermoelectric Properties of Bismuth Telluride and Antimony Telluride Synthesized by Electrochemical Deposition Method

The paper presents the study of thermoelectric properties of bismuth telluride and antimony telluride obtained by electrochemical deposition method. Measurements of electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient were carried out on a NETZCH SBA 458 Nemesis® measuring setup. The coefficient value of bismuth telluride accounted for –47 µV/K, and the coefficient value of bismuth telluride made up 20 µV/K.
