Method and device for controlling on-demand bandwidth service

Provided are a method and device for controlling a BoD service. The method comprises: receiving a request message, the request message being used for requesting to judge whether a UE allows a BoD service; determining whether network parameters of a network where the UE is located satisfy a judgement condition allowing the BoD service, the network parameters comprising network resource parameters, and the network resource parameters comprising at least one of following: a parameter for instructing the number of UEs having middle and high priorities in a cell where the UE is located, a parameter for instructing the cell state of the cell where the UE is located, and a parameter for instructing the signal quality in a position where the UE is located; if the network parameters satisfy the judgement condition, allowing the UE to conduct the BoD service; alternatively, if the network parameters do not satisfy the judgement condition, rejecting the UE to conduct the BoD service. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the allocation of BoD resources can be controlled more reasonably.
