Improvement of the spectral response characteristics of high-resistance thermal radiation detectors

A method of applying a low-resistance black to the high-resistance sensitive element of thermal radiation detectors is suggested; a separating interlayer is applied which provides the necessary dielectric and thermal properties simultaneously. The thermal balance was calculated, and the optimum conditions for improving the spectral response of detectors, without increasing their inertia, was established.
