Optimal Connecting Nodes Planning Based on the Risk Assessment of Power Systems
2020
Risk assessment can obtain the risk and economic indicators of power grid, and it plays an important role on power grid planning and decision-making. Traditional load planning rarely considered the impacts of different types of load’s access locations in the system from the perspective of operating risk. Therefore, this paper improved the traditional load shedding model in power grid risk assessment: Firstly, Take into account the impacts of load types on the load shedding strategy. Then, by traversing the accessible nodes and calculating the change of risk indicators under each access scheme, a planning method of optimal accessed point of load based on the results of power grid risk assessment is proposed. The results of the IEEE-RBTS test system showed that the method could obtain the optimal connecting nodes scheme with the least impact on the system risk and economic indicators effectively.
