The invention discloses a thermosetting resin composite material with electricity and heat conduction functions, and a preparation method thereof. The thermosetting resin composite material with electricity and heat conduction functions includes a continuous carbon fiber (a), a graphite nanosheet (b) and a thermosetting resin (c). The thermosetting resin can be one or more of epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester, and polyurethane or polyimide. The composite material concretely comprises, by mass, 10-65 parts of the continuous carbon fiber, 5-20 parts of the graphite nanosheet and 30-85 parts of the thermosetting resin. The preparation method of the composite material comprises the following steps: mixing the graphite nanosheet or expandable graphite with a thermosetting resin liquid prepolymer composition to prepare a dipping liquid, dipping the continuous carbon fiber in the dipping liquid to make the continuous carbon fiber attached with the dipping liquid, and adopting a pultrusion technology, a winding technology or a molding technology to prepare the composite material. The composite material has enhanced mechanical properties in a three-dimensional direction, has excellent heat and electricity conduction properties, and has balanced comprehensive properties.
