El Acuerdo Marco Europeo sobre Digitalización

espanolEl pasado mes de junio de 2020 las organizaciones empresariales y sindicales representativas a nivel europeo firmaron el Acuerdo Marco sobre Digitalizacion. Se pretende ofrecer a los interlocutores sociales un metodo que les permita abordar la transicion digital del sistema economico y de las empresas mediante el consenso en los diferentes niveles, sectoriales y empresariales. En el caso espanol, ello puede ser interesante en la medida en que el impacto en las relaciones laborales de la digitalizacion tiene un tratamiento limitado en la legislacion y en los convenios colectivos. EnglishLast June 2020, the Framework Agreement on Digitalisation was signed by representative business and trade union organizations at European level. The aim of the Agreement is to provide the social partners with a method that will enable them to address the digital transition of the economic system and business organizations through consensus at the different national, sectoral and business levels. In the Spanish case, this may be of interest insofar as the impact on labor relations of digitalization has limited treatment in legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
