PURPOSE: A system for fabricating continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites comprising with a fiber spreading device is provided to improve uniformity and widening property. CONSTITUTION: A fiber spreading device(1) which spreads and discharges fiber bundle(3) comprises a taper roll(10) and a curve roll(20) with a rotary shaft(30) which is perpendicular with respect to the moving direction. The fiber bundle moves around the taper roll and curve roll in zig-zag. The taper angle of the taper roll is 5-30 Degree. The radius of external diameter of the taper roll is 5-500 mm.
