On the Approaches for Urban Poverty Alleviation in Liaoning Province

The urban poverty problem is quite urgent in Liaoning Province which is committed to build a harmonious society and coastal economic belt.The State-owned Enterprise Reform and Economic System Transition of Liaoning Old Industrial Base led to a large number of new unemployed groups.In recent years,the urban poverty problem in the province tends to broaden and deepen more and more rapidly.Based on the analysis of the urban poverty problem in Liaoning Province,it can be concluded that an important solution to the problem is to broaden the channels to raise funds mainly from private enterprises,attach importance to the building of people's livelihood and increase employment-supporting projects.
