Неврологические проявления при постоянной электрокардиостимуляции, осложнившейся немассивной тромбоэмболией легочной артерии

2006
A total of 64 patients with IHD, aterosclerotic cardiosclerosis, fibrillation of atriums, artificial AV block and permanent pacemaker, complicated for nonmassive pulmonary embolism were studied. 21 patients had low, and 15 patients had high oxygen saturation of the arterial blood, being accompanied with vestibulo-atacktical and asthenical syndromes, simpaticotonia and reduction of cognitive function. It was concluded that neurological disorders were connected with chronically recurrent pulmonary embolism, blood gas disorders and chronic tissue hypoxia of brain.
