L'experiència de la tutora com a relació educativa dins d'un Centre residencial d'acció Educativa per a adolescents

espanolEn este articulo reflexionamos sobre nuestra experiencia del trabajo tutorial con adolescentes en un centro residencial de accion educativa. Analizamos algunos elementos claves para establecer el vinculo educativo, para alcanzar los objetivos del PEI y para llegar a un desinternamiento que permita una progresion del muchacho hacia la autonomia social y afectiva. Nos hemos centrado en cuanto se pone en juego en la accion tutorial, como el consentimiento, el vinculo, el modo de obrar del educador y del chico, y el objeto de nuestra tarea, que es, fundamentalmente, el cambio de lugar del sujeto en la institucion, y la extrapolacion de estos cambios en la vida social y autonoma en el desinternamiento. EnglishThe following article contains our consierations on our tutelage work in an education action residential centre for youngsters. We analyze the main strategies to set an education relationship; we also consider how to reach the aims of the PEI and, finally, how can the child go from an internal dependence into a social, affective autonomy. We have focused our work on what is at stake in the tutelage action, i.e., the consent, the link, the relationship between the educator and the child. The purpose of our work is mainly the substitution of the subject into the institution, and the application of these changes into social, external experience of autonomy.
