Effect of blood glucose fluctuation on urinary microalbumin and inflammatory factors in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

2017
Objective To study the effect of blood glucose fluctuation on urinary microalbumin and inflammatory factors in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods From Jul. 2015 to Jul. 2016, a total of 88 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects. All patients, whose blood glucose was detected by dynamic blood glucose detector, were divided into stable blood glucose group (MAGE<5.0 mmol/L, 45 cases) and blood glucose fluctuation group (MAGE≥5.0 mmol/L, 43 cases). The effect of blood glucose fluctuation on urinary microalbumin and inflammatory factors was analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in HbA1c and FA between these two groups (P>0.05); there were statistically significant differences in 1,5-AG and UAE between these two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in IGF-1, IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP between these two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The greater fluctuation of blood glucose can aggravate inflammation of the body and affect the condition of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Key words: Diabetic nephropathy; Blood glucose fluctuation; Urinary microalbumin; Inflammatory factor
