Studu on Effect of Tirofiban Hydrochloride to Serum BNP Levle in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of tirofiban hydrochloride on serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) level and ECG in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and to explore its therapeutic of tirofiban hydrochloride in ACS.Methods Eighty-five patients with ACS(UA/NSTEMI) were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=43) and control group(n=42).Both of them were administered with aspirin,clopidogr-el,atorvastatin,lowmolecular heprin,etal.The treatment group was treated with tirofiban hyd-rochloride infused with infusion pump.Observe the changes of serum BNP levels and elec-trocardiograph.Results The levels of BNP were significantly different between the two groups after treatment(P0.01) though no significant difference was found before treatme-nt(P0.05).Compared to those in control group,serum BNP significantly decreased in tir-ofiban hydrochloride group(P0.01).Compared with control group,the patients of tirofib-an hydrochloride group had a significant improvement of ECG(P0.05).There was no sig-nificant adverse drug effect in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban hydrochl-oride can decrease the level of serum BNP significantly and improve the ECG in patientswith ACS and have no significant adverse drug effect.Tirofiban hydrochloride is effective and safe for patients with ACS.
