PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display panel which can be formed in a three-dimensional curved shape, and an organic EL display device using the same.SOLUTION: An organic EL display panel includes: a flexible substrate 50 made of a resin material; a plurality of light-emitting elements 10 spaced from each other on the substrate 50; and a plurality of wiring parts 40 arranged between the light-emitting elements 10 on the substrate 50, to electrically connect the light-emitting elements 10. The rigidity of a first area of the substrate 50 located below the light-emitting elements 10 is larger than the rigidity of a second area of the substrate excluding the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
