The invention discloses a contact type method and device for measuring parameters of a curve face prism. First, the curve face prism to be measured is clamped and is fixed to a three-coordinate measuring machine platform; the front surface, the parameters of the rear surface and the outer diameter of the curve face prism to be measured are measured through a ruby probe; a practical model of the curve face prism to be measured is reproduced through modeling in a computer processing system according to the obtained coordinate parameters, and a section view is obtained; an included angle b and the central thickness d of the optical axis of the front surface and the rear surface of the curve face prism to be measured are obtained from the section view, and the conclusion that a top angle a of the curve face prism to be measured is equal to the included angle b of the optical axis of the front surface and the rear surface of the curve face prism to be measured is obtained according to the geometrical relationship. The method is strong in operability, high in measurement precision, and suitable for any Ferry prisms of large curvatures and sizes, thereby being strong in universality.
