Factores endógenos para emprender

In recent years, adverse economic conditions such as lack of formal employment, low wages, lack of flexibility in working hours, among others, have made entrepreneurship an attractive option for people to reach their goals of development in flexible, independent and harmonious work environments. Those factors have caused this concept to be studied from a variety approaches in order to identify people’s motivations for entrepreneurship. For this reason, the objective of this research was to conduct a review of the literature about the endogenous factors for entrepreneurship and to identify which of them have the greatest influence on people when deciding to become an entrepreneur. In this way, the analysis reflects that elements such as achievement, independence and wealth are the factors that most affect people’s motivation for entrepreneurship.
