The invention provides an imitation ox-tendon sole. The imitation ox-tendon sole is prepared from, by weight, 40-60 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 40-60 parts of butadiene rubber, 4-6 parts of zinc carbonate, 1.7-2.3 parts of sulfur, 0.85-1.15 parts of accelerant M, 1.2-1.8 parts of accelerant H-80, 0.65-0.85 part of accelerant DM, 0.25-0.35 part of accelerant PX, 0.8-1.2 parts of anti-aging agent F, 0.8-1.2 parts of thermal oxidation resistance agent RF, 1.1-1.9 parts of stearic acid, 45-65 parts of white carbon black, 4-6 parts of diethylene glycol, 25-35 parts of transformer oil, 0.0095-0.015 part of transparent yellow and 0.004-0.006 part of pigment fast scarlet. The imitation ox-tendon sole is a translucent pale nacarat material. The invention further provides a processing method of the imitation ox-tendon sole.
