In this study, we study the Relationship the accounting firm for job satisfaction, work-family conflict and turnover intention. in the technology audit staff in Taipei which use of technology. The industry must spend a lot of effort at work and working hours can not be estimated . Working in this environment and long-term outside work. We want to know the day by day fatigue, what her result in job dissatisfaction or not. Family and business do well together If the increased the work satisfised by adaption the work imvironment. Let the accountist continune work, so that they will not want to quit their jobs. To understand the home impact of accountist, and deal with it, preventing well, lower the conflict rate of home impulse. For the goal; to lower the rate of quit job. this study found that1.The higher professional skills it used the higher work satisfised rate will be. 2.The technology skill it used won't effect the home-work conflict. 3.The higher rate of home-work conflict the lower of the work satisfited rate. 4.The higher rate of home-work conflict, the higher of the quit job rate. 5.The work satisfied rate does not influence the rate of job quit.
