Ability training of research-based clinical medical postgraduate

In this paper,ability training of research-baded clinical medical postgraduate was explored and analyzed.It points out that establishment of the correct scientific research objectives for excellent research-based clinical medical postgraduate is the prerequisite for strengthening scientific research ability,especially the innovative consciousness and innovative ability.At the same time,we should not ignore the comprehensive quality improvement including noble professional and medical ethics,excellent medical knowledge and clinical skills,humanitics quality,as well as teaching ability.To meet the new situation,training graduates with balanced development and combined talents may be the training objectives of research-based clinical medical postgraduate and development trends in the future.
