Technology of Applying New Material Grouting to Reinforce and Block Permanent Closed Wall

To counter the problems of air leakage and high emitted gas concentration of three permanent closed walls in 15105 working face in Huangyanhui Mine,the measures of using Tiangu reinforcement material grouting to consolidate and block these permanent closed walls were proposed.The reasonable grouting parameters and grouting reinforcement technology were selected and grouting operation was carried out for the closed walls according to the actual situations at the site.The closed walls and the fissures in the surrounding rock were fully filled and consolidated by grouting reinforcement,this thus enhanced the integrity and strength of the surrounding rock around the closed walls.After reinforcement by grouting,the external gas concentration of three permanent closed walls dropped from more than 9.9% to 0.03%,so good effects was obtained.
