Preliminary Research onthe Open Innovation Laboratory Construction and Management Mode

In order to solve the limitation of teaching laboratory time,space and experiment items,it provides a platform for students’ innovation competition and innovation and entrepreneurship practice.It puts forward the construction and management model of open innovation laboratory with hierarchical teaching,instructor guidance,senior grade with lower grade,innovation and creative experimental project declaration and production.The implementation plan of four years continuous movement,progressive progression,independent opening up and promoting learning by competition has been formed.Then it provides students with the time and space for innovation ability training,innovation competition and project participation,independent thinking,autonomous learning and teamwork.It has a good effect on training students' innovation competition,innovation and entrepreneurial ability and scientific research thinking.
