Men and women's time budgets research is topical for revealing gender roles and family leadership transformation. With the help of the content-analysis of the information on leisure from the magazine Crocodile (1966-1972) the author managed to differentiate between pastime types, men and women's leisure directions. Women took the obligations of family leisure planning and organizing acquiring the traits of family leader.
