Additive for eliminating dioxin produced in garbage incineration, and production process and application process thereof

2015
The invention discloses an additive used for eliminating dioxin produced in garbage incineration, and a production process and an application process thereof. The additive comprises the following components, by mass: 51-54% of coal gangue, 8-13% of porcelain clay, 0.01-0.02% of diethyl magnesium, 5-8% of limestone, 9-18% of chromium(III) oxide, 5-6% of iron alloy waste slag, 15-20% of zinc powder, and 2-2.5% of aluminum chips. The production process comprises the steps such as material selecting, weighing, crushing, stirring, packaging, testing and storing. The application process is that the additive is mixed with garbage, and the garbage is incinerated under a temperature of 650-800 DEG C in an incinerator. According to the invention, the additive is added into garbage and is incinerated, such that contents of dioxin, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, heavy metal, soot and the like can be effectively reduced. Especially, the index of the dioxin pollutant can be greatly lower than European and American standards. Therefore, pollution caused by toxic and harmful substances produced during garbage incineration can be eliminated.
