MODOS DE ORGANIZACIÓN DE LAS/OS TRABAJADORAS/ES EN LOS COLECTIVOS AUTOGESTIVOS

Esta ponencia se enmarca en el Proyecto UBACyT P019: “Autogestion, Estado y produccion de subjetividad: experiencias de fabricas y empresas recuperadas en Argentina”, (Dirigido por la Dra. Ana Maria Fernandez y Co-Dirigido por la Dra. Mercedes Lopez). Es un proyecto exploratorio descriptivo, en el cual se utiliza metodologia cualitativa para la recoleccion y para el analisis de la informacion. Se presentan aqui algunos avances respecto a las transformaciones subjetivas que se producen en los trabajadores de las empresas y fabricas recuperadas a partir de la toma y recuperacion de la fabrica/empresa, tanto en sus vidas laborales como en sus vidas privadas asi como en los modos de organizacion que van adquiriendo estos colectivos autogestivos produciendo bajo una modalidad horizontal. It is a descriptive exploratory project, which uses qualitative methodology for collecting and analyzing information. We present here some progress regarding the subjective transformations that occur in workers in enterprises and factories recovered from the seizure and recovery of the factory/company, both in their working lives and in their private lives as well as the way of organization of these groups that they can self-produce by a horizontal mode.
