Investigation of the LiCo1‐xMgxPO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) System.

The title compounds are prepared by a sol—gel method from aqueous solutions of LiOAc, Co(OAc)2, Mg(OAc)2, citric acid, and phosphoric acid followed by annealing at 300 °C for 5 min in flowing air, and at 730 °C for 12 h in flowing nitrogen.
