The invention relates to a vibration generator for vibrating deep-hole drilling and boring equipment, comprising a vibrating shaft in a hollow structure and an offset type eccentric slide block mechanism, wherein one end of the vibrating shaft is provided with a cutter bar, and the other end is connected with a chip removal tube; and the offset type eccentric slide block mechanism is arranged above the vibrating shaft and connected with the vibrating shaft through a double-bar linkage mechanism. In the invention, the offset type eccentric slide block mechanism is adopted and driven by a servo drive motor to rotate, and the vibrating shaft is driven by the double-bar linkage mechanism hollowly sleeved on an eccentric shaft and an eccentric sleeve to reciprocate, thereby realizing the low-frequency axial vibration, reducing the chip removal resistance and solving the problem of poor chip removal during processing in the prior art; and in addition, the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure and stable and reliable operation.
