LPR Sensor Made by Using Ordered Porous Alumina

We fabricated a LPR (Localized Plasmon Resonance) sensor using ordered porous alumina. The fabricated nanostructure is very uniform and can be made using a simple process. These devices exhibit unique optical properties due to interactions between LPR and a thin film resonator. Finally, we demonstrate that this device can be applied to a biosensor using its LPR characteristics.
