The invention relates to a solution-injection circulating system under a high-pressure environment, wherein the system is composed of a high-pressure-resistant circulating pump, an electromagnetic reversing valve, an electromagnetic single-direction valve and a plurality of high-pressure-resistant guide tubes. In the system, different chemical solution boxes are orderly connected to each other through the high-pressure-resistant guide tubes, thereby achieving injection and circulation of different solutions in a pressure chamber under the high-pressure environment through conversion of the reversing valve and power output of the high-pressure-resistant circulating pump. The system is suitable for performing operations of injection and circulation of solutions in soft rock test researching under different occurrence chemical environments in the same test group during a tri-axial test.
