Regenerando barrios en Euskadi: aspectos geográficos / Regenerating Neighborhoods in the Basque Country: geographical aspects

This article presents a regional study about urban rehabilitation through forty-five examples of disadvantaged neighborhoods in the Basque Country. The objective is the comparative approach to morphological, landscape, environmental and functional improvements. It is intended to assess the influence that local and regional problems and policies exert on their conception and their success or failure.
