The Use of Haemoglobin F Antiserum for the Detection of Foetal Haemoglobin (HbF)

A commercially obtained antiserum was used in cross-over electrophoresis and agar gel diffusion to detect HbF in haemolysates and bloodstains. The results are discussed and recommendations made.
