Research Progress in Ordered Porous Materials Formed by Electrochemically Anodic Oxidation

Ordered porous materials formed by anodic oxidation have excellent property with simple process, controlled pore diameter and high stability, so they have broad further application. In this paper, research progress on porous alumina and titania with ordered nanoarray are introduced. Research progress on ordered porous alumina with little pore diameter and alumina photonic crystal is specially introduced. The structural characteristics and research direction of ordered porous titania membrane are also specially introduced. Other ordered porous materials, such as ZrO2, HfO2, are introduced in brief.
