Comunicación y luchas por la tierra. El caso de la Coordinadora de Organizaciones y Comunidades Kollas Autónomas (Salta, Argentina)

This work focuses on reflecting on the emergence of radio communication experiences built around demands and identitarian claims of the Kolla people of the province of Salta, in northwestern Argentina. We are interested in inquiring about the communicational and political processes of the Coordinator of Autonomous Kollas Organizations and Communities, the Qullamarka, articulated through a common horizon: obtain land titles. The objective of this work is to account for the communication practices that were carried out after the approval of the Audiovisual Communication Services Law in 2009, crystallizing a political-communication project that aims to consolidate a "own communication network" in defense of the territory, the organizational strengthening and the visibility of collective claims.
