Design optimization and Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic Cleaning System for Potato Harvester

In order to achieve timely control of the solenoid valve, the potato harvester cleaning device uses a new servo-valve-controlled hydraulic motor speed-changing system. MATLAB software is used to simulate and optimized the valve-controlled hydraulic system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into FMECA analysis to analyze the reliability of key components in the hydraulic system of potato harvester, which is intended to identify weaknesses in the use of the device. According to the result of hazard evaluation, the damage degree of each failure mode is sorted to find out the key points of reliability improvement and maintenance of the hydraulic system of potato harvester.
