Cultivation of Cauliflower Mushroom(Sparassis crispa) by Use of Steam-treated Coniferous Sawdusts

Cultivation of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis crispa) became a good way of consumption for coniferous sawdust. However, conventional method for the cultivation demanded ready-decomposed sawdust in field more than 6 months, which resulted in the spatial and temporal problems.
