Cultivation of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis crispa) became a good way of consumption for coniferous sawdust. However, conventional method for the cultivation demanded ready-decomposed sawdust in field more than 6 months, which resulted in the spatial and temporal problems. This study was conducted to develop an efficient cultivation method to minimize the problem with steam-treated sawdust media of Larix leptolepis, Pinus densiflora and Pinus koraiensis.
