Study on macro fibre of hydraulic concrete

Fibre can improve concrete abrasion resistance,but the macro fibre used in it hasn't been studied.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive elastic modulus,dry shrinkage,abrasion resistant strength and impermeability of concrete with different dosage of macro fibre was studied,and these properties of concrete with polypropylene fibre was also compared.The results show that macro fibre can significantly improve the abrasion resistant strength,abrasion resistant strength of concrete with 4 kg/m3 macro fibre increased by 116.8%,but its dry shrinkage and impermeability is less than polypropylene fibre concrete.
