An abnormal dependence of the reversible threshold bleaching in GaAs on quantum energy of picosecond excitation light pulse

An abnormal dependence of reversible threshold bleaching in GaAs on the energy of a quantum of picosecond excitation light pulse was found experimentally and explained in qualitative way. Influence of sample prebleaching on reversible change in transparency was studied.
