Electric-coagulation hemostatic device

2009
The invention relates to the technical field of medical apparatuses, in particular to an electric-coagulation hemostatic device comprising a body 1 and a head 2, wherein a pair of slots 3 and 4 which are matched with a forceps blade of the common bipolar coagulation forceps is arranged in the body 1, the head 2 comprises a protecting plate 5 and a pair of tissue contact electrodes 6 and 7, wherein the pair of tissue contact electrodes 6 and 7 are fixed on the protecting plate 5, the slots 3 and 4 are respectively connected with the tissue contact electrodes 6 and 7 by metal wires 8 and 9 which are buried into the body 1 and the protecting plate 5, the body 1 and the head 2 form a certain included angle, and the protecting plate 5 and the body 1 are insulators. The protecting plate 5 is used for preventing heat generated from electric coagulation from being quickly transferred to the other side of the protecting plate from one side to destroy spinal dura mater, spinal cord and nerves. The invention has simple structure and convenience for operation, can quickly and definitely carry out electric-coagulation hemostasis on hemorrhagic spots of epidural spaces in spinal operation and increase operation safety.
